COURT CUSTOM BROKEN
Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, April 13. An unprecented statement occurs in to-night's Court Circular, in which it is announced: "His Majesty has received with profound regret the news of the death of President Roosevelt- His Majesty mourns the loss of a staunch ally and great personal friend." This is the first time the death of the head of a foreign state unrelated to the British Royal Family has been mentioned in the Court Circular.
