V BOMBS SHOT DOWN

LONDON, April 13,
Although the Germans fired an average of 20 VI and V 2 bombs a day against the Antwerp. : docks between October and March, fewer than one in 20 reached the port area, states the British.. United Press cc-respondent at Ninth Air Force headquarters in France. The fcorrespondent adds that six of ten flying bombs vere shot down by antiaircraft fire and three more of the ten went wide of the target. Two hundred guns fired , nearly 8000 tons of 90mm shells to protect men loading and unloEvding supplies.
