NO PLANS FOB RETURN TO U.S. Rec. 11. WASHINGTON, March 22. The Under-Secretary of War. Mr. Patterson, told his Press conference to-day that he knew of no plans for General Mac Arthur's return to the United States. Recent reports from America have hinted at the early return to the United States of General Mac Arthur in order to assume command of operations for the invasion of Japan.
