MORE PETITIONS HEARD Another batch of petitions, either for divorce or restitution of conjugal rights, was disposed of by Mr. Justice Callan in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, making just under 50 cases in two days:—

Separation for three years or more was proved and decrees nisi granted the petitioners in the following cases:—

Leslie George Crozler (Mr. Robinson) against Ellen Crozier; James Milward Houston (Mr. Dickson) against Mary Matilda Houston; Sybil Filoi Storer (Mr. Dickson) against Henry William Storer; Phyllis Rosina Wickenden (Mr. Dickson) against Clarence Alfred Wickenden; Bertha Gladys Clark (Mr. Dickson) against Alfred James Clark. On the ground of desertion, Josephine Ivy Lafferty (Mr. Dickson) was granted a decree nisi in her petition against Leonard Lawrence Lafferty. The respondent having failed to comply with a restitution order, a decree nisi was granted Albert Ernest Aukett (Mr. Robinson) against Violet May Aukett. Restitution Orders An order for respondent to return to petitioner was made in the case of Sidney Arthur Barrett (Mr. Robinson) against Estelle Christine Barrett; Sigrid Emma Abel (Mr. Robinson) against Hyman Joseph Abel.
