Wartime decline in the gold production of New South Wales was almost overcome last year. The output was 62,6100z fine, valued at £657,112. This compares with 63,7790z fine, valued at £666.490, for 1943. For Decern!,tr the yield was 37730?, fine valued at £39/195, against 42540z fine, valued at £44.456. (or December, 1943.
