UNDEFENDED DIVORCE
In the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Callan, "Walter 'Roy Greensides (Mr. Anderson) was granted a decree nisi on his petition for divorce from Mimi Dorothy Greensides. Petitioner gave evidence that on returning from overseas service in November, 1943, he went to the flat in Ponsonby where his wife was living and; there found respondent sharing her bedroom with an American serviceman. whose name petitioner did not know. He turned .both the respondent and the American out of the flat.
