BRITISH SUBJECTS
RELTEF IN PHILIPPINES Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 13. It is officially stated that a British consular officer is being sent to the Philippines as soon as possible to help British subjects released from the Japanese. The authorities in London have been informed that arrangements will be made for the repatriation of those wishing to leave the islands at, soon I as the military situation permits and shipping space is available.
