ROYAL DUKE'S STAFF
O.C. SYDNEY, February 7. Twenty of the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester's domestic staff of 24 came out from England with the Royal party. The domestic staff at Yarralumla, the Duke's official residence in Canberra, consists of a butler, one underbutler, first and second cook, first and second kitchen maids, six housemaids, one odd-job man, one pantryman, two nurses, one nursemaid, two lady's maids, two valets, one groom, and two stewards. Most members of the domestic staff brought from England were employed at the Duke's home, Barnwell Manor, Kettering, in the Midlands.
