Eisenhower And Bradley Have 24-Hour Meeting CURRENT OPERATIONS TOPICS Rec. 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 2. General Eisenhower and Lieuten-ant-General O. N. Bradley, Commander of the United States ground forces in Europe, have concluded a 24-hour conference on current operations, says an official announcement from Supreme Headquarters. It did not disclose the reason for or the place of conference. The principal members of General Eisenhower's - staff participated. Reuters correspondent at Supreme Headquarters says that considerable significance is attached to the conference when the American armies are either along or penetrating the Siegfried Line from the Aachen area to the Saar. There is no mention of Field-Marshal Montgomery, in whose position as overall commander of the First and Ninth American Armies since the beginning of the fighting in the Ardennes salient, no change has publicly been announced.
