SOME TIME AND PLACE
No Indication Of Yenue For "Big Three" Conferences HINT OF END OP JANUARY Rec. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 2. President Roosevelt and Mr. Churchill are planning to meet towards the end of January, then at a rendezvous in a more convenient spot, with Marshal Stalin, says the Daily Mail diplomatic correspondent. No confirmation of this is available officially, but it is believed that arrangements for the Allied ThreePower conference are almost completed.
President Roosevelt, at his Press conference in Washington to-day, said there was very close co-ordina-tion between Britain, Russia and the United States, but there were some differences, some of which were important and others not so important. He added that "co-ordination is a very close volume. Correspondence, telegrams and communications are going on all the time. It is amazing."' Senator Barkley, who is one of the Congressional leaders who had a discussion with Mr. Roosevelt, stated later that the President indicated he would be meeting Mr. Churchill and Marshal Stalin sometime soon, states a Washington message quoted by 8.0. W. Mr. Roosevelt gave no indication of the time or place.
