The Te Awamutu trainer A Cook was the most successful trainer at the Auckland Racing Club's meeting, winning five races, Exeter and Nepeta each winning a double and Tutere one event, while D J. Arnott, of Ellerslie, was next on the list with three winners, Balmore, Gaelic Salute and Navroze. J. G. Crosby J H Dufty, F. Smith and P. E. Pope each won
. }Y- Hooton and G. Cameron took the riding honours, each with four-wins while T. Green, G. Hughes, H. N. Wiggins and a Were credited with two succeses
