MODERATOR DESIGNATE
CHAPLAIN SELECTED (P.A.) HASTINGS, this day. The' Rev. J. W. McKenzie, of Epsom, formerly of Invercargill, and senior chaplain to the Second N.Z.E.F., was this morning unanimously appointed Moderator-desig-nate at the Presbyterian Assembly. His nomination was supported by 15 Presbyteries. Mr. McKenzie will take office as Moderator at the next General Assembly at Invercargill.
