YOUTH BADLY INJURED
(0.C.) HAMILTON, Sunday. A collision occurred at the corner of Lake Road and Commerce Street, Franktpn, last night between a motor' car«driven by Mr P T V Priest, lorry driver, of Cook' Street' (Hamilton, and a motor cycle ridden by Ray Russell Crump, aged 19 of Whatawhata Road, Frankton. Riding on the pillion seat of the motor cycle was another youth, Ernest William Howe, farmhand, of Whatawhata Road, Frankton. The, rider of the cycle received head and facial injuries and his condition is serious. Howe suffered from concussion and his condition is no.t serious.
