After spending several hours in an lift 6in sailing dinghy on the Manukau Harbour yesterday afternoon, two men were finally able to reach shore at Orua Bay. The men, Mr. Frank Grayson, a signwriter, of Auckland; and Mr. J. Hargreaves, left Cornwallis Beach early in the afternoon, and after capsizing on a sandbank and righting the boat, drifted toward the open eea, A launch made an unsuccessful attempt to rescue them, and they finally came ashore four miles away.
