I Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ o* Sale to me directed, and i>sued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland in an Action M.C. 6.44 wherein GILBERT CARL GEORGE SUITER of Auckland Fireman and MILLICENT SUITER his Wife are Plaintiffs and JOHN BURNS of 490 Karangahape Road, Auckland, Building Contractor, is defendant.
