JIT. EDEN HELD TO DRAW | In a game full of thrills last Saturday, Training College forced Mt. Eden to a one-all score. During the first spell Eden were hot on the attack, with J. Peterson, Eden's left wing, made some good runs, but M. Housby was safe. The pacy Collegian left-winger, M. Freed, was also in form, and penetrated Eden s defence, and it was from a centre from this flank that B. Hutchings found the net from a scramble in the goal mouth. Half time sounded immediately. Play fluctuated from one end to the other, with Training College slightly superior in the second half. Both goalies were tried, and found to be on the alert, I-.
