10,000 U.S. PLANES
DELIVERED TO RUSSIA EDMONTON, Aug. 1. United States military sources disclosed that 10,000 American-built lend-lease planes have been sent to Russia since October, 1941. About half of them were flown to Russia by way of Edmonton, Alaska and Siberia.
