POPULATE OR PERISH
May I again reply to "Ration," who raises what appear to xne negative issues. To one and all of the points raised I would re-assert my previous claims that these come within the realm of national domesticity and are capable of correction by the exercise of national fervour plus initiative and organisation. When and while this is being done more population is desirable and in the final analysis imperative. Cannot "Ration" agree that morally and physically' our endeavour to retain the status quo as regards copulation is indefeasible and will become impossible? As to an extension of secondary industries, if there is one thing that would warrant such a policy it is increased population. Once again I appeal to "Ration" to come over to the ain relative side and help. R. GROSS.
