Appreciation of the action of Lord Bledisloe in setting up a war memorial fund to assist soldiers and their descendants of the parishes of Lydney and Aylburton,. Gloucestershire, who desired to migrate to the Dominion, was expressed to-day by the chairman of the Dominion Settlement Association, Mr. A. Leigh Hunt. On behalf of the association he had sent a cablegram to Lord Bledisloe expressing appreciation of and gratitude for his splendid benefaction.
