POLISH PREMIER To Discuss Relations With Russian Government Rec. 11 a.m. LONDON, July 27. The diplomatic correspondent of the Press Association says the Polish Prime Minister, M. Mikolaczyk, has left London for Moscow to discuss Soviet-Polish relations with the Russian Government. The decision to send M. Mikolaczyk to Moscow was reached at a meeting of the Polish Cabinet in London yesterd3The Moscow radio announces that the Soviet Government and the Polish Committee of National Liberation have signed an agreement on the relations between the Polish Administration and the Soviet High Command in Poland. The agreement provides for the Polish Committee to assume full responsibility for the civil Government as soon as the liberated area ceases to be a zone of direct mill" tary operations.
