PERSONAL
Dr. I. Clunies Ross, dean of the faculty of veterinary science at Sydney University, who has been touring New Zealand at the invitation of the Government, left by air this morning on his return to Australia.
Mr. J. S. Roscoe has been appointed general manager of the New Zealand Railways Officers' Institute.
