INJURED IN EXPLOSION
When some gunpowder exploded prematurely while he was blasting logs yesterday, Mr. Karl Peterson, aged 28, single, a farmer, of Te Hana, Wellsford, suffered burns to the hands; arms and face. He was admitted to the Auckland Hospital, where his condition to-day was fair.
