LABOUR AND MATERIALS
It was reported recently in the daily papers that a city night club concern, in order to procure a license to carry on business, gave assurances that certain structural alterations would be carried out. To all returned soldiers and others it would be of much interest to know where the necessary labour, material and permit for such an absolutely essential enterprise are to come from. DESERT RAT.
