NEARLY THIRTY DECREES

A list of 20 divorces and six restitution petitions came before Mr. Justice Johnston for hearing to-day. Gwendoline TheJma Killip (Mr. Fleming) said she was married in 1936 and had two children. When he returned to New Zealand he found that his wife, Adrian Glasgow Dobson, was living with another man as MA" witness testified that she lived in an apartment house where petitioner's wife lived as Mrs., Smith with a man other than the petitioner. His wife told the petitioner she would not live with him again. He subsequently got admissions from them that they had committed adultery and wished to get married.
