28,000 UNDER, L.EXD-LEASE
Rec. 10 a.m. WASHINGTON, Mar. 7. The United States delivered to the Allies 28,000 planes out of a total of 150,000 produced since the beginning of the lend-lease programme in March, 1941. To January 1, 1944, more than 21.000 were supplied under lend-lease at a cost Oi 1.700,000.000 dollars.
