TENANCIES
As furnished houses and furnished rooms do not come under the Fair Rents Act, your correspondent "Injustice" should have insisted on possession before the arrears of rent amounted to £12. Everyone is earning good money to-day, and there is no excuse for not paying the rent, and the Labour Department should decline to act where rent is owing. SPARROW HAWK.
