WATERSIDE OFFICIALS
A ballot held by the New Zealand Waterside Workers' Union resulted in the following officials being elected: — Vice-president, Mr. A. Drennan (Auckland 4 ; executive, Messrs. J. Connor (Auckland), E. A. Napier (Wellington), R. O'Donnell (Wellington), G. Thomas (Gisborne), H. W. Boyns (Lyttelton), S. B. Macdonakl (Dunedin), and S. D. Tredinnick (Westport). Yesterday it was announced that Mr. H. Barnes, of Auckland, had been elected president.
