RESTITUTION ORDERS
Two petitions for restitution of conjugal rights and one for divorce were heard in the Supreme Court to-day by Mr. Justice Finlay. Orders for the respondents to return were made in the- cases of John Sorensen (Mr. Sullivan) against Evelyn June Sorensen and Alexander Kuia Baldwin (Mrvßobihson) against Theda Gayle Baldwin. On the ground that respondent had failed to comply with an order for restitution a decree nisi was granted to Catherine May Harris (Mr. Sullivan) against Mervyn Toyne Bernard Harris.
The drawing of the "Money for Christmas" art union is to take place in Wellington to-morrow morning.
