MALTA REBUILDS
LONDON, Dec. 10. The appointment is announced of a town-planning expert to advise the.Malta Government. He is Mr. Austin St. B. Harrison, who served for 15 years as an architect in the Palestine Government service. The appointment follows the setting up in Malta of a board to' advise on post-war reconstruction. Parliament recently donated the sum of £10.000,000 for this purpose. Mr. Harrison will present a comprehensive outlined plan and report for Valetta, and may later submit plans for other devastated areas in the island.
