Great care has been taken in the selection of the artists for the principal characters and a .splendid chorus and an excellent toilet has been engaged. The management has been fortunate in again procuring the services of STAN LAWSON, and this outstanding producer has been working night and day during the past three months directing the J.' C. Williamson revival of "The Belie" in Australia. The music of "The Belle of NewYork" is deliciously tuneful, it is rich wilh good musical numbers, it unfolds a delightful love romance and one of its best features is its whimsical and genuinely humorous comedy. It lends itself to picturesque stage settings of which full advantage has been taken by the scenic artists, and It is resplendent with colourful uniforms and dresses.
