OBITUARY
MRS. W. MARSHALL
(0.C.) PAEROA, Saturday. A Mayoress of Paeroa for 18 years, Mrs. Mabel Marshall, wife of Mr W. Marshall, chairman of directors of the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Company, Limited, has died, aged 65. She was born in Manchester and came to New Zealand in 1906, two years after her marriage. She and her husband lived in Auckland for 10 years before moving to Paeroa. Mrs. Marshall was president of the Girl Guides' Association and the Plunket Society. She leaves her husband and three sons, and there are eight grandchildren.
