£4000 BUILDING PLAN
AVHANGAREI METHODISTS
(0.C.) WHANGAREI, this day. A major building scheme endorsed by the Whangarei Methodists at the annual meeting provides for the sale of the present parsonage and theacquistion of a new site on the Kamo Road, nearer the centre, as the population has mdved northward. It is intended to proceed immediately with the erection of a new parsonage and Sunday school suitable as a hall for the holding of Divine service. Preliminary plans envisage the expenditure of £4000, with the provision of a modern church as the next step.
