MOLOTOV HONOURED
MANUFACTURE OP WAR TANKS Rec. 2.30 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 14. M. Viacheslav M. Molotov, Soviet Commissar of Foreign Affairs, has been awarded the Order of Lenin and the title of Hero of Socialist Labour. • The awards were made for conspicuous services in the manufacture of tanks under difficult war conditions.
