CHARGE OF MURDER
KAIKOHE, Thursday. The 16-year-old Maori youth who has been detained by the police in Auckland pending the holding of his trial en a charge of murdering James Muriwai, aged 22, at Utakura, Hokiariga, on October 15, is to appear in the Kaikohe Magistrate's Court on Wednesday, when the preliminary hearing will be conducted.
