FOREIGN MINISTERS
MAY CONFER IN LONDON NEW YORK, Sept. 28. The meeting of British, American and Russian Foreign Ministers, which was tentatively arranged to be held in Moscow, will possibly be changed to London because of the state of health of Mr. Cordell Hull, United States Secretary of State, says the Washington correspondent of the New York Herald-Tribune. Mr. Adolf Berle, assistant-Secre-tary of State, told Press representatives that British fears that American representatives would be unable to negotiate on specific terms were unfounded, since the American delegation would be prepared to discuss j specifically post-war problems.
