INJURED LORRY DRIVER
ENABLED TO TAKE ACTION
(By Telegraph.— Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. . By a clause in the Finance Bill, introduced in the House of Representatives last night, Arthur Wilrnptt Baker, lorry driver, employed by \\ . Lovett, Ltd., Auckland, is permitted to take action against the Auckland Harbour Board in respect pf injuries received up to a date not later than September 28. The Minister of Finance, Mr. Nash, explained that the time had elapsed, and the clause extended the time by another month.
