NAVAL HONOURS
LATE POLISH LEADER Rec. 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 11. ' The Polish destroyer Orkan arrived at Plymouth from Gibraltar carrying the body of General Sikorski, Prime Minister of Poland, who was killed in an aircraft accident after leaving Gibraltar on July 4. The coffin, draped with the Polish flag, was transferred with full naval honours from the quarter-deck to a special coach attached to the midnight train for London,
An earlier message said that the body of General Sikbrs'ki was lying in state in the Roman Catholic Cathedral at Gibraltar, with the body of his Chief of Staff, Major-General Klimecki.
