(0.C.) THAMES, this day. The annual meetings of county councils throughout Thames and the Hauraki Plains districts were held to-day The following chairmen were elected:—Thames, Mr. D. Courtney (re-elected); Hauraki Plains, Mr. C. W. Parfitt (re-elected).
