REHEARING OPENED
STRANDING OP KAIWARRA
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Friday. A rehearing, ordered by the Minister of Marine, with regard to the stranding of the Kaiwarra off Motunau Island, North Canterbury, on December 4, was opened before Mr. Justice Northcroft to-day on the general grounds that the findings of the original Court of Inquiry were ag..inst the weight of evidence.
