AUCKLAND EDUCATION BOARD. PUBLIC NOTICE. CONSERVATION OF WATER AT SCHOOLS. At the request of the Waterworks Engineer, School Committees and Headmasters of Auckland City Schools are notified that, on account of the water shortage, consumption at schools must be reduced to the minimum requirements. In particular, automatic flushing cisterns must be regulated to fill at the slowest practicable rate, and be turned off entirely outside of school hours.
