STATEMENT FOR COMMONS British Official Wireless Rec. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY. April 6. Mr. Churchill informed the House of Commons that Mr. Eclen would make a statement shortly on his most successful mission to the United States. Mr. Churchill added that he did not think the account would be in any way or a .controversial character.
