AWARD FOR BRAVERY
NORTH AFRICAN LANDING (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Monday. The King has approved of- the award of the Distinguished Service Cross to Temporary Sub-Lieutenant R. Harris, R.N.Z.N.V.R., for good service in the landing in North Africa. Sub-Lieutenant Harris' next-of-kin is his father, Mr. W. Harris, of Christchurch.
