CONSUMERS TO RE-REGISTER In a statement released to-day, the Food and Rationing Controller, Mr. J. E. Thomas, announced that during April opportunity will be given to all consumers to register again • for their sugar supplies with any grocer in their district. Having done so, however, tney will be required to remain registered with the same grocer for the currency of the present ration book.
