FULIiBR BEATS WARNER AGAIN Bob Fuller (9.6) scored his second win against Ron Warner (9.11) when the referee etopped the contest at the end of .the fifth round, at the Rushcutter Bay Stadium on.March 20 The match was hurriedly arranged, owing to the postponement for a of the Vic Patrick-Ron McLaughlin contest. Warner had not trained since he met Tommy. Johns la HifSnd called the referee to his corner, intimating that Warner s nose was injured: Warner said his nose had been damaged ma prevfous inatch. He accepted the bout at short notice to provide a match Ron Heron (9.13) knocked out WaSy Creedon(9.B) in the fourth round During the third round the See placed S his; hand on Heroes Les Fuller (9.2) a younger brother of Bob out-pointed Canny Simmons Ml) Al Thomas (7.12) outpointed Pat Lee (7 12° and Tommy Watson (9 6)/drew with Maxie Evans (9.8). m four rounds. —
