AUCKLAND RUGBY LEAGUE
A conference ot all the senior clubs and subsidiary bodies ot the Auckland Rugby League was held last evening in the board's rooms, Mr. J. W. Watson, chairman of the board of control, presiding. Among the decisions arrived at was that the annual meeting would be held on March 31. The season is expected to open on April 10 with a preliminary round. All clubs reported that they would be able to put strong teams In Mr. A. Chapman was appointed. treasurer to place of Mr. J. Knowllng who is now a member of the Armed Forces.
