FINNISH CABINET
Rec. 2.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 17. The Berlin radio has announced that the Finnish Cabinet has resigned. The Finnish President, Dr. Risto Ryti, was re-elected for another two-year term of office at the end of last week. It was reported in Britain that his reelection would not be likely to have any local significance since it apparently did not change the position of Finland as a German satellite. It was also emphasised that no' peace overtures had been received in London from Finland, either direct or through Washington.
