AIRMAN'S DIVORCE
AWARD OF £125 DAMAGES
The petition of Trevor Harold Hadley, R.A.F. pilot-officer in a German prison camp (Mr. Milne) for divorce from Phyllis Isabel Hadley (Mr. Glaister), alleging adultery with Mate Paunovic (Mr. King), and claiming £250 damages, was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Call an and a iury, when the petition was moved by petitioner's father under power of at The S niry found that adultery had been committed, and assessed the damages at £125. Judgment was given accordingly for petitioner, and a decree nisi was granted.
