Medical Report Reveals Some Deterioration MOSLEMS REPLY TO HINDUS Rec. 10.30 a.m. BOMBAY, Feb. 15. A medical bulletin states that Gandhi is finding some difficulty in taking water. He was rather restless yesterday and his condition has shown some deterioration. The Council of State at New Delhi talked out motions for adjournment relating to Gandhi's fast. Mohammed Ali Jinnah, leader of the Moslem League, in a letter to one of the Hindu leaders, Rajagopalachari, intimated his inability to join the proposed conference to discuss the situation as a result of Gandhi's fast. He added that the situation was a matter for the Hindu leaders.
