"QUISLINGS" SHOT

Reed. 12.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 12. Following a report from Berlin of the assasination of General Mikhoff, who is Bulgarian War Minister in the German-controlled Government, the Swedish telegraph bureau has reported the assassination of Van Vavenswaasy, Social Minister in the Dutch Quisling Government. Mikhoff was shot in the presence of his daughter. The assassin, who wore goggles, followed him inside the doorway of his house, fired on hit, prostrate body, and then fled.
