LONDON, Feb. 12. The death has occurred of Mr. Hal Williams, founder of the London firm of Hal Williams and Company, refrigeration and general engineers and architects. He was one of the most prominent New Zealanders in London, to which city he came as a youth. He became one of Bi'itain's leading refrigeration experts.
